Shawn arrived promptly and was able to adjust his schedule to come earlier at my request. He provides notification of your appointment well in advance and the day of service. He answers the phone when called. This sounds simple but after calling a few of these companies, you realize not to take it for granted. Carpet was cleaned nicely and he provides documentation for all work completed. Very professional and pricing is great!
